Upon initial set up of connecting the terminal and KOMOJU Account, your terminal is ready to accept payment.
FAQ
With KOMOJU Terminal, you can accept card payments, print receipt, email receipt, full refund the payment and check payment history.
Note that KOMOJU Terminal gives you access to KOMOJU dashboard where you can check detailed reports, manage the terminal’s settings.
Currently, KOMOJU Terminal accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club and Discovery with more payment methods to be added.
You will need to register a new merchant account to use a KOMOJU terminal but the same login can be used to access both online and terminal accounts.
Yes, you can apply for KOMOJU Terminal even if you don’t use KOMOJU in your eCommerce site and don’t have a KOMOJU Account. Please sign up from this link.
