If the payout schedule is set to “Monthly”, the sales statement will be issued on the 1st of the following month. If your payout is set to “Weekly”, the payment notice will be issued on the following Saturday.
(*Weekly payout is only available for merchants who have a legal entity in Japan.)
You can see the payment notice from “Payouts” on your KOMOJU dashboard.
Caution:
In order to see the payment notice, your account needs to have been approved for LIVE mode and payment transaction has occurred.
The transaction list can be output in CSV or EXCEL.
